Samson Gourevitch
I am a PhD student at École Polytechnique, advised by Professors Eric Moulines and Alain Durmus. My research focuses on generative modeling, mainly diffusion models, with a particular interest in discrete diffusion.

Recent paper Uniform Diffusion Models Revisited: Leave-One-Out Denoiser and Absorbing State Reformulation
Uniform discrete diffusion revisited through leave-one-out denoising and an absorbing-state reformulation that improves sampling and generation.

Recent note Doob’s h-transform and guided diffusion
An intuitive introduction to Doob’s h-transform and the way conditional Markov dynamics connect to guided diffusion models.
